This is a great idea and I even like the colour scheme.
I was an ex-TU leader in COHSE – a forerunner of UNISON. For years I have practised and promoted ideas of “imaginative industrial action” against the more stereotyped responses to injustice.
Martin Gilbert’s book: “Known to the Authorities – Anarchists in Social Work”
    http://www.anarchistsinsocialwork.org.uk
documents a lot of this work.
    Good Luck

please could you add me to the list
i spent many years as a care worker, in hospitals and nursing homes, mainly agency work at nights. i now suffer from ME/CFS, which was at least made worse by my night work and the constant stress experienced by agency workers (poor support networks, bullying and indifference from permanent workers, stress of constantly going into new circumstances, working practices, etc).
